The show commenced at 9:30PM, Samriddhi Rai in Rose pink full circular skirt and White embroidered top. The first was the Carnival show that created the atmosphere for the following sequences. The performers were incredibly talented and we could not take our eyes off of them.

1st Sequence started off with models walking down the stairs and popping up celebrations. Models were in Floor length circular skirts, just a little puffy and tops with long sleeves. Floral Prints and Satin Fabrics were dazzling with awesomeness on the ramp.

With only 8 models for the show preparing backstage for the next sequence, Samriddhi Rai kept the audience entertained with her easy and funny Questions on Valentine’s Special and rewarded the correct answers with chocolates.

The event got sizzling hot with Keshav Thapa’s couple dance while he swayed his partner around on the stage. We were all captivated by their dance moves. Hwaat!

So, at 9.57 pm; we had our 2nd sequence. 8 models in high-end designs. All that Red and gold, Laces, Sequins and  Sparkles stunned the audience. The use of floor length long sleeves, pants, assymetrical tops and fancy sophisticated gowns with slits at back were the highlights of this sequence.

There had to be a filler in between the preparation time and the sequence. So, a Band named Double Trouble kept us cool with their music while, the backstage was in rush.

The 3rd sequence was announced as full of creativity, dark and beautiful by the hostess and we couldn’t agree more. The lights got dim. Then, walked Mala Limbu; the showstopper for the evening. With feathers at her back neckline, raising above her head in dazzling sequin black gown with thigh high slit. She looked like “The Maleficient” and we would not be surprised if the design was actually inspired from it. We could not forget the soldier-like designs highly inspired from gladiators worn by 2 models who escorted Mala Limbu on the ramp.

The Third Sequence was full of Black color, Flounce, Sequins and Ruffles. It was dramatic. The skirts dresses were astounding. Not, the kind we would wear on a daily basis but something so extra, that kept us wanting more of Bhutia’s Designs

.

While we thought, we were done with the show we were informed about Roadies in Nepal and one of the judges of Roadies along with Hostess Rai, asked few easy questions and handed over goodie bags to the correct answers.

The show ended with the final walk ; models and the team who made the event possible.
