On Tuesday, Bhadra 13, 2074, a fashion show was held in Army officers club , Bhadrakali, Kathmandu which was brought to us due to the effort of Fashion Trend Nepal . The show was organized for a special cause to help and provide aid to the flood victims. The show was named as “FOOD FASHION 2017” A walk to feed the homeless.

The event was hosted by the famous film director Mr. Dinesh D.C. The designers whose collections were showcased in the show are RITESH SHARMA GHIMIRE and RAJESH NEPAL with 6 male and 18 female models which was also supported by other performances by B.eight , dance by B.Boying dancers and magic show by Mahadev Tripathi.

The show was being live telecasted at Kasthamandap television. Rajesh Shrestha, the CEO of Fashion Trend Nepal distributed token of appreciation to the guest of show.

The fashion show was divided into three sequences, the first sequence was based on the theme Devil and angel where the male models flaunt on the ramp as the devil and the female models flaunt as angels.

The designer of this sequence was RAJESH NEPAL and who promoted this sequence was a very beautiful and versatile actress, also crowned Miss Nepal world 2011 “MALINA JOSHI” and the choreographer was model cum actor YASH RAJ.

The second sequence was the casual collection which was designed by RITESH SHARMA GHIMIRE. The guest who promoted this collection was crowned  Miss Tourism Nepal JANAKI SHRESTHA .The collection was themed casual so the designer Ritesh used light fabric dresses for females and male models were dressed in shirt,kurthas and trousers.

Before starting the last sequence 30 second mourning for flood victims was done as the last sequence was a tribute sequence to the flood victims who are still in egregious conditions and are fighting for their lives.

“THE FLOOD” was the theme of this collection. In these collections models were pretended as the flood victims. In this collection designer Rajesh Nepal used Dhaka fabric which symbolizes our country Nepal.

The main theme of this show was to highlight the motto “UNITED WE STAND, DIVIDED WE FALL”

If the whole country is together then nothing not even, the natural disasters can destroy our country.
